The preparatory work before starting the project needs to be done clearly, in order to control factors that directly affect project implementation (05 factors): human resources, time, materials and equipment, and possible risks and technical & quality problems may occur.
To carry out project management in a transparent manner, Vietnam Kandenko establish an Audit and Supervisory Board - to operate independently. The Audit and Supervisory Board will have a periodic inspection plan for projects.
At the same time, each project will establish internal control boards to ensure that 05 factors are controlled specifically and closely to project reality.
